Lock-Tite Log Systems is delighted to bring you our full line of glue laminated, engineered wood products. We offer many profiles in a large selection of size configurations, including: "D" Profiles, Square or German Chink Profiles, Shiplap as well as Round/Round Profiles. If there is a particular size or profile you have questions about we would be glad to answer them. Our Logs are milled using glue-laminated Southern Yellow Pine material and your logs can be profiled to most any size or shape. Contact us for your special profile needs. Other species of wood are available by special request. (White Pine, Western Red Cedar, Poplar or most any other species)
Square or Chink Style Logs: For the tradional log home look our flat/flat logs can be milled with or without a chink groove, this groove is purely cosmetic and can be left empty or filled with standard log home chinking. Typically these types of logs receive a dovetail corner system but most sizes can also use our interlocking-saddle notch corner. Shown here in 7x10 German Chink
"D" Profile The "D" Profile features a rounded exterior with a flat interior and is typically used with an interlocking saddle-notch corner or tradtional butt & pass style corner. The "D" log is available in 6x8, 7x8 & 8x8 Sizes. Shown Here in 8x8 "D" Profile
