The Riverview is an attractive mountainside home built over an optional basement. This home was built using 8x8 Laminated Logs cut on a "D" profile. The Riverview is a two story 2066 square foot home featuring a heavy beam 2nd floor & roof system as well as heavy beams supporting an extended roof creating a porch.
	Fixed glass fills the gable while the heavy beam roof system extends out past the house to a structural heavy beam truss. This extended roof creates a covered porch as wide as the home that is protected from the elements.
The second floor features a walk out blacony from the master bedroom and another extended roof to create a covered balcony.
	Heavy beam collar ties serve to connect the roof rafters becoming an attractive and structural part of the home. Pictured here we are looking up at the loft area.
The fixed glass in the gable allows natural light into the kitchen area, pictured here you can also see the heavy beam rafters & Tongue & Groove roofing creating a finished ceiling.
